Agreement & eligibility
By accessing or using Invariant, you agree to these Terms of Use and confirm you're eligible to use the service.
- Acceptance. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of these terms and any future updates.
- Account requirements. You must provide accurate information and keep your account details current.
- Age & eligibility. You must meet applicable age requirements and comply with local laws governing use of AI services.
Respectful communication
Use the platform to collaborate, learn, and create — keeping all interactions respectful and lawful.
- No harassment. Abusive, hateful, or threatening messages are prohibited.
- Inappropriate content. Sexual, violent, or exploitative content — especially involving minors — is strictly forbidden.
- Impersonation. Misrepresenting your identity or impersonating another person or organization is not permitted.
No automation abuse
Automated access that circumvents controls or scrapes the platform at scale is prohibited.
- Botting. Scripts, bots, or unauthorized automation may not be used to access the service.
- Scraping. Bulk harvesting or exporting of content, prompts, or outputs is not allowed.
- Rate limits. Attempts to bypass rate limits, quotas, or usage controls are prohibited.
No ban evasion
If an account is restricted or suspended, using alternate accounts to regain access is prohibited.
- Ban evasion. Creating or using alternate accounts to bypass restrictions or enforcement is not permitted.
- Device spoofing. Attempts to conceal device identifiers or circumvent enforcement signals are prohibited.
- Account transfer. Sharing, selling, or transferring accounts to avoid enforcement actions is not allowed.
Security & platform integrity
You must not engage in activity that compromises the security or availability of Invariant's systems.
- No malware. Uploading, requesting, or distributing malicious code is prohibited.
- No exploit abuse. Probing, exploiting, or reverse-engineering the platform without authorization is not permitted.
- No disruption. Interference with system availability, performance, or user access is prohibited.
Responsible AI use
You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI outputs complies with applicable law and does not harm others.
- No illegal activity. Requesting assistance with illegal activities, evasion, or wrongdoing is prohibited.
- Privacy. You may not submit sensitive personal data without the relevant authorization.
- Misuse. Using AI outputs to deceive, scam, or manipulate others is not permitted.

Automated moderation
Invariant uses automated systems to detect abuse and maintain platform safety.
- Automated analysis. Usage patterns, message content, and behavioral signals may be analyzed to detect botting, fraud, or other abuse.
- Automated actions. Detection systems may trigger warnings, restrictions, suspensions, or bans without human review in every case.
- Contesting actions. If you believe an enforcement action is incorrect, you may submit an appeal for additional review.
Enforcement & updates
Violations may result in content removal, account restrictions, or termination. These terms may be updated over time.
- Enforcement. We may restrict or terminate access for any violation of these terms.
- Appeals. Enforcement decisions may be appealed through the designated review process.
- Updates. Terms may be revised to reflect new features, legal requirements, or policy changes.
Content & model usage
Your inputs and AI-generated outputs are subject to the following rules regarding ownership and use.
- Your content. You retain rights in content you submit and may use AI-generated outputs subject to these Terms and applicable law.
- Model improvement. Prompts and outputs may be used to operate and improve our services and may be processed by trusted third-party AI providers.
- Your obligations. You must not submit content you lack permission to use and must ensure your inputs and uses of outputs are lawful.
- License. You grant Invariant a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and use your inputs and outputs for service delivery, safety, and model improvement.
Beta program
Beta access carries additional confidentiality and participation obligations.
- Confidentiality. Beta participants must keep unreleased features, documentation, and performance details confidential unless Invariant authorizes disclosure.
- Participation. Access may require ongoing good-faith feedback and bug reports as a condition of continued beta access.
- No guarantees. Beta features may be modified, suspended, or removed at any time and may contain errors or incomplete functionality.
Third-party integrations
Connecting external services requires compliance with those services' own rules and policies.
- OAuth connections. You are responsible for authorized access and permission scopes when connecting third-party services.
- Third-party terms. You must comply with all applicable third-party policies when using integrations.
- Policy violations. Using Invariant integrations to violate third-party restrictions, rate limits, or intellectual property policies is prohibited.
AI output disclaimer
AI-generated responses are informational only and may contain errors or inaccuracies.
- Informational only. Outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or current.
- No professional advice. Nothing generated by Invariant constitutes legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
- Your responsibility. You are solely responsible for how you review and act on AI outputs.
